The 7274E five star Lazer Line miniature tapered transverse optimum flush cutter with a cutting capacity of .001 - .020 soft wire is made of carbon tool steel with induction hardened cutting blades to RHC 63-65. This overall length is 5.25 . The CNC machining allows the joint surfaces to be perfect to allow for long life. The grips are soft cushioned foam and are static dissipative (10 ohmssq).
