EquaStat SmartWipes® are comprised of continuous filament polyester fiber that includes DuPont's patented Negastat® carbon yarn. Negastat enhances the electrical conductivity which promptly disperses electrical static, preventing the buildup of electro static charges. The knit construction of EquaStat also increases product integrity and decreases particle generation and soluble extractables. EquaStat is laundered in ultra-filtered water of 0.45u purity and dried in a HEPA filtered class 100 air stream. each wipe is hermetically sealed within a Class 100 clean room and meets Federal Standard 209. Packaged 150 wipes per bag, 5 bags per case, and are sold by the case. The EquaStat wipe is also available as an un-laundered wipe for use in non-Cleanroom environments. The unlaundered version is excellent for use in surface mount technology (SMT) applications for board assembly and repair operations. It can be used to wipe down finished printed circuit board assemblies or for "in process" cleaning. The unlaundered EquaStat wipe is completely ESD safe and suitable for all non-Cleanroom applications where electro static discharge is a concern.This roll is made from the same ESD safe material as the EquaStat 413A wipe. It is a heavy weight woven fabric made from continuous filament polyester that is interwoven with DuPont Negastat® carbon yarn to provide a static dissipative fabric. This fabric can be metered out and cut to length to be used to provide an ESD safe covering for a variety of work surfaces. It can be used to cover work benched, storage shelves, trolley carts, and other devices. Each roll is shrink wrapped in an ESD safe, static dissipative film.|Technical Info|
