The 500-15-US five star 5.5 long multiple lead transistor forming plier forms the 3 leads of a TO-220 package with a staggered configuration. Leads 1 and 2 are offset .100 while lead 3 is offset .100 in the opposite direction for a .200 lead spacing. All three leads are formed at .140 from the body with a 45 bend on the offset bend.
